you.

Initiating the
search.
Once we have defined your recruitment requirements, we start the search. We use a combination of techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates with approximately 70% of our placements made through headhunting.
Vetting potential
candidates.
All potential candidates are vetted before they are presented to you. This is a fundamental part of our role as your recruitment partner; we will only put forward candidates who we determine to be a good fit.
Guiding you through
the interview process.
Once you have made your selection, our experienced recruitment consultants will guide you through the interview process depending on your company requirements. Whether that’s just arranging the interview and sending the candidate confirmation or structuring the questions themselves and tailoring the interview to the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
