Meet the Team
Carly Morris
I have been working in permanent and contract recruitment for over 7 years, having started my recruitment journey in Sydney Australia covering the digital marketing sector and then transitioning into IT and Tech when I returned back to the UK in 2017. I set up Morris Sinclair Recruitment because I love working in recruitment and wanted to create and work in an autonomous and flexible work environment, which I have achieved (I hope for all). I genuinely LOVE my job and the people I work with because it fits in with family life and being a Mum of two boys with only a 20-month age gap and a 40kg mastiff takes up a lot of time and energy so doing what you love to pay the bills comes in handy. I live for holidays and am a sun worshiper, favourite spot is Thailand.
Emma Bartle
23 years in contract and permanent IT recruitment with 6 years in Executive Search, I offer a blend of experience in recruiting for roles at every level with considerable expertise in recruiting IT professionals across all technical disciplines and I’ll still be around when you are ready for your next hire or next move!
I have a successful track record of sourcing candidates that add true value and longevity to make a real difference to business with many examples of long-term trusted relationships grown from placing candidates who have gone on to develop their long-term careers into leadership roles.I offer all my clients and candidates equal consideration in understanding their requirements in depth no matter how urgent the requirement and as a strong judge of character with a consultative approach able to see beyond the CV, I can deliver candidates that really fit or might otherwise have been overlooked to fulfil challenging roles for clients where others have failed and support candidates in securing the right role for them.
Flexibility and availability are key and I’m available most hours of the day because we all have varying pressures and demands in life and mine is no exception! In amongst work, much of my time is taken up as lady-in-waiting to my very busy 9 year old, playing cricket for our local ladies cricket team, tending our flock of chickens and helping to finish our perpetual house build projects.
Nichola Fooks
I have over 15 years’ experience in IT Recruitment. I have worked with both Public & Private sector accounts helping clients to find a range of skill sets from IT Support candidates, Project Managers and Business Analysts to Developers and Architects. Always happy to talk to anyone who is thinking of potentially looking for a new role or a new team member or indeed just wants to get a better understanding of the current market in the IT Arena.
Having spent time living and working in France, outside of work I’m always thinking about my next trip to France and trying to keep up with my 2 kiddies who like to take me on extremely long bike rides.
